To our valued customers,
To further reduce the risk, we have eliminated in-house seating. We are strictly doing grab and go (meaning; create your dessert, pay and unfortunately go). We are also providing you with gloves when you enter the shop. In addition, please wash hands or use the sanitizer dispenser which is located by the cups toward the rear of the shop. Please use the protocols before handling the machines, spoons and the creation bar dispensers. This is to make certain we are protecting you and the rest of our valued customers. During this uncertain time, we have to use good judgment.
The Pome is taking more steps by encouraging our staff to take greater personal protective measures. (e.g. hand washing more frequent, use respiratory etiquette). Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces. (e.g. door handles, dispenser knobs, POS screen, Credit card PIN pad, Spoons, Yogurt machine handles.) In addition, we are temporarily modifying various service procedures to reduce touch points and cross-contact to help reassure you, our valued customer, that your safety is our top priority. Out of an abundance of caution, we have temporarily stopped all product sampling.
We are still open! We are temporarily doing grab and go until further notice.
